The Russian President Vladimir Putin just signed a new decree which permit Russia to use nuclear weapons against any foreign country with the intention of harming Russia.
This hastened decision by Vladimir Putin was as a result of Joe Biden the President of USA giving Ukraine the permission to use USA made long range weapons to strike deeper into Russia.
The war is about to escalate beyond the expectations of the entire world, and obviously, Ukraine will be at the losing end.
